Here’s a new twist on sloppy joe’s. I always have liked to add a slice of cheese on my sloppy joe’s. I figured “why not left over mac and cheese?” I gave it a try and it was delicious.

Well… if you hadn’t already noticed the project this weekend was cooking just about everything under the sun from Deceptively Delicious cook book by Jessica Seinfeld. For dinner tonight was macaroni and cheese with a 1/2 cup of cauliflower added in. Make no mistake! This is by no means health food. I thought it tasted great but Mara was not so keen on it more so because of the cream cheese the recipe called for. She said it’s “too pasty”.
