Here’s my monthly bike log for February. I hope to update this monthly. I’m 62 miles off to my pace to make 1,500 miles for the year. I figure when it gets warm I’ll quickly make up that deficit.

15.31 | Nice weather for this time of year. Lots of blue skies. Messy, but tolerable. Didn’t see a single biker for the entire 15 mile route! Lots of people walking dogs, a couple joggers. Pretty deserted outside overall for how nice it was. My front derailleur was stuck before I left and wouldn’t budge even with de-icer. I was stuck with only my rear gears. My chain is getting rusty but ok. I expect it will snap within a couple of weeks. Let’s see how much longer it will last. Avg: 39 ºF |
